Yes Its true! My friend in Kuwait recommend this site to me. Using Chikka as our alternative means of sending SMS, my friend told to me to try this website as if you are not limit to send SMS. But the one thing, the character you can use is limited.
It has a default compilation of quotes that we do us Pinoys like to send.
